2.0I booked a room with a free night stay award. When I showed up at the hotel, there was a festival taking place around the hotel, which made access and parking impossible. I ended up going home. Hyatt then charged me for a night stay even though I had used an award night. They refused to honor the free night stay. I will never stay at a Hyatt again.
Great Central Ave hotel

9.0Great location. Ease of finding and parking.
− The one issue was the length of time to get elevators. They are also shared with the cleaning staff, and I know those folks have to work hard, but, inevitably, they need those elevators the same time as departing guests, guests going to breakfast etc. it didn’t help that only two elevators were in service. Maybe set aside one elevator for staff???
