I love how peaceful it is and how the staff were... so polite and willing to assist with whatever i requested for... very efficient and i enjoyed the most was the ambience at night.... a smooth live band that creates such a memorable experience when dining in the restaurant.

Our stay at Woda Villa & Spa was delightful. The kids loved the peaceful environment and the private pool villas, while the adults truly appreciated the reasonably priced spa packages. It’s within walking distance to good seafood restaurants, and just a short 10–15 minute car ride to several shopping centers.

A) I love that the property is away from the bustling city, no noise and away from traffic. It’s secluded and surrounded by nature. B) The private pool was clean and so was the food. We ordered the floating breakfast and we totally recommended that during your stay. C) Go to their spa too since you’ll enjoy some discounts with your stay. It’s worth it, it’s cheaper than going to other spa in Batam! But they do not have mani and pedi, if you’re looking for that. D) They’re Indonesian breakfast was excellent. But need improvements in their western breakfast. E) Staff was helpful, kind and polite to us. Always smiling and wiling to give a helping hand. Appreciate it. F) Provided a free bday cake for my mum when I told them we have a bday girl in our premises complimentary to us! Appreciate the touch!

− There are a few areas for improvement; A) Don’t go on weekdays because you won’t be served with a buffet breakfast. You’ll be required to fill up a form when you arrive to choose your preferred breakfast. They need to improve in their Egg Benedict especially. The buffet breakfast is only applicable on weekends. B) The 3pm check in time is kinda ridiculous, I’ve been to many hotels and resorts and this is by far the latest check in time ever. A paying customer should be able to check in at 2pm at the most. C) Linens used are not very white, they definitely needed to use bleach in their linens. Some of their bedsheets and robes are stained but I can see they are clean. Their linens need to be replaced too, since they were wearing out. Pillows were too soft and needed to be replaced too. D) Wish they have external bidets for their toilets and not a Japanese bidet as it is more hygienic to do so. E) They are very strict about their check out time. They will call you 15 mins before checkout to remind you.
