4.0− masa menunggu yang lama sebab dimaklumkan tiada booking....staff bagi bilik tak ikut tempahan walaupun dah tunjuk pd dia menggunakan fon...ntahla nak ckp...setelah 15minit menerangkan pada staff..barula dpt bilik yang sepatutnya,,lepas tu boss dia dtg pula nak jumpa...tunjuk semua dokumen tempahan pd fon baru puas hati...hrp2 booking.com dptla berurusan dgn segera dgn pihak hotel
