Erittäin viehättävä kokonaisuus.
9.0Sijainti oli loistava ja ihastuin suunnattomasti miljööseen. Todella viehättävä vanha rakennus. Huoneet siistejä.
− Uima-allas alue sekä ulkokalusteet olisi saaneet olla siistimmät. Puutarhassa paljon hoitamista mikä osa viehätystä.

6.0La localisation, le charme de la Casa Holstein, le petit déjeuner
− On avait les chambres 6 et 7 qui étaient grandes et bien décorées. Mais la chambre 7 sentait vraiment fort le renfermé et était très humide ce qui a rendu le séjour désagréable malheureusement.

− Na recepção gostaria que a comunicação fosse em português, pois estamos em Portugal. O espaço da quinta é fantástico e algumas folhas caídas fazem parte dessa beleza. Algumas luzes e lanternas não estavam a funcionar à noite, o que foi pena pois daria ainda mais beleza. O jardim principal em frente à casa merecia estar melhor cuidado. Não gostei do painel de azulejos do muro da piscina e achei que esse espaço em volta da piscina também merecia estar melhor cuidado.

8.0A propriedade é muito bonita e tem bastante charme. A localização é excelente, permitindo explorar Sintra facilmente a pé. A zona da piscina é tranquila, sossegada e recebe bastante sol, sendo um ótimo espaço para relaxar. Gostei também muito dos croissants quentinhos ao pequeno-almoço.
− No check-in, não havia ninguém disponível que falasse português e, inicialmente, tentaram colocar-me num quarto de uma categoria diferente da que tinha reservado, embora a situação tenha acabado por ser resolvida. O quarto reservado como tendo terraço tinha, na realidade, uma área exterior junto à porta do quarto, voltada para o caminho principal da propriedade e sem muita privacidade. Também notei várias manchas de humidade nas paredes e no teto, um ligeiro cheiro a mofo e alguns tecidos do sofá e das cadeiras bastante manchados. A limpeza poderia igualmente ser mais cuidada. No geral, gostei da estadia e não me arrependo da escolha. A propriedade tem muito charme e potencial, mas penso que poderia beneficiar de algum investimento na manutenção e renovação dos quartos, de forma a melhorar ainda mais a experiência dos hóspedes.

10.0Casa Holstein is a beautiful historical building. It is a boutique B and B. We had an enormous bedroom with separate dressing room. The building is old, but that is the charm as many original features remain. The gardens are lovely and the setting reminded me of Tuscany. Bed was huge and comfy and the location was quiet yet close to the historical centre. 5 mins to restaurants. The swimming pool is amazing. Cool and perfect for a swim or sitting reading a book. Highly recommend this place to stay while in Sintra. Breakfast is included but just cereals, boiled eggs , pastries, fruit. No hot options but it was enough. Also note there are stairs to upstairs rooms, no lift.
