4.0El predio era lindo y las cabañas estaban bien
− Siendo que pagamos el total de nuestra estadía por adelantado el alojamiento quiso cobrarnos un cargo extra por una variación en la cotización del dólar. Me comuniqué con Booking y me confirmaron reiteradamente que esto no era acorde a las políticas de la plataforma ya que habíamos hecho un pago total de la estadía y no un pago parcial o una reserva sin ningún pago. De todas maneras el dueño insistió en el cobro justificándose en que la comisión que cobra la plataforma es en dólares (cosa que tenemos presente porque usamos booking hace muchos años) pero sin querer entender que al momento del pago se saldó el precio en dólares ya que él hizo el débito por el monto en dólares convertido a pesos la cotización del día en que él decidió cobrar la estadía. Cabe destacar que solo nos mencionó la diferencia a cubrir porque el dólar había subido, pero nunca sugirió que en caso de bajar nos hacía un reembolso. De parte de Booking nos reafirmaron en varias oportunidades que esto no era acorde a las políticas de la plataforma y que estando cubierta en su totalidad la estadía no podía el alojamiento cargarnos con algo propio de la actividad económica que realiza.
