− Desde a 00:00 não tinha água quente Chegamos no hotel a noite, fomos tomar banho não tinha água quente. Ligamos 2 vezes para a recepção falaram que iam ver o que tinha acontecido e não foram nos deixaram esperando. Pela manhã a mesma coisa, fomos tomar banho e não tinha água quente. Uma decepção pois não adianta o hotel ser bom e não ter água quente para os hóspedes.

− Hotel sem opções de canais de TV; agora imagina isso em dia de jogo da copa. Falta de aquecedor no quarto. Passamos uma noite muito fria, mesmo com os cobertores fornecidos.
