poor communication and management
2.0i booked a room with a single bed the day before i needed the room and when i to check in i was told that my room was overbooked but i was never contacted about it via text ,call or email.. So they send me down the way to their cheaper location and still charged me for the stay after being told it’s was on them.
Scammers, just keep charging you and don’t refund
2.0This hotel scams people by charging them more than once. When finally getting someone on the phone after two weeks instead of refunding me like they said they would, they charged me two more times! When trying to get it resolved the manager is always not available or on vacation and the people who are there are not authorized to give refunds and just hang up on you. Worst hotel ever, do not stay there.
Great location with great amenities for the price. Needs new sound proof insulation in the walls

− The walls are paper thin and can hear a pin drop two rooms away. Loud neighbors and children running up and down the halls.

− The breakfast was not great. They constantly ran out of food and the trash was over flowing. They only had one elevator.
