10.0Check-in instructions could be made much clearer, but that aside, the rooms are very comfortable, showers excellent and the communal rooms a good size.

2.0I cannot recommend this property for the following feasons: Room was stiflingly hot No bedside lights No aircon No after hours contact Staircarpet needed a deep clean Very noisey - wooden floors throughout Poor security - sliding window fully open or closed and front door not locked Loose WC seat Only one overhead light working - not enough to enable reading in bed Had to get out of bed to turn off lights No lights in downstairs kitchenette Heavy duvet not suitable for room without aircon NO HUMAN CONTACT at this place after hours; the hotline only recorded a message on which there was no one prepared to act A nightmare to arrive at this place after dark. There is no Reception and we only found our contorted way to the room by chance. The very small TV sited to far away from the bed, consequently one could not read subtitles nor listen without the volume turned up high. I hate to be so negative but this place needs sorting out in a big way. It is also a triumph of design over practicality I could go on! There would have to be many changes were we to consider staying there again. Quite the worst experience we've had in many years of travelling
Lovely location
8.0A lovely location.quiet and a great surprise to see some peacocks on the mews land. The communal areas were spacious and well stocked with essentials,which were perfect for breakfast.
