3.0− Dust, spider attempting to share the bed, mouse droppings in bathroom cabinets, thick, ultra soft foam instead of a mattress, air conditioner did not truly cool but only blew air.
Loved it a lot had a blast there with our friends and would recommend to others and would love to go back
10.0Owners were very accommodating to us and our requests . Also great walking distance to restaurants and to have a drink somewhere. We really liked the feel at home vib. Very nice unique place. Loved it very much
− Didn’t like that the restaurant in house and the bar was only open on the weekends as we were there in the middle of the week. But understand that staffing is hard if not very busy

8.0Charming old home right on the river. Excellent location to use as a base for exploring Shawnee National forest. The owners are very warm and helpful. Feral cats and kittens greeted us on the porch.
− Bathroom needs updating and better ventilation. I would say this is a fantastic place to stay so long as you aren't squeamish about cleanliness.

8.0The room was interesting. The beds were comfortable. The owners were an amazing family. Being the 1st time at this type of lodging was a little disappointing. The description said breakfast included served 8 to 10. This ended up being a bagged breakfast with a sandwich to be microwaved in your room. We were told garbage could be brought down to the front desk. The restaurant had limited hours. Pretty hefty fees were charged for limited services.
