The hotel is showing it’s age. The carpet is old and dirty. The bed is as hard as a board. Breakfast had set menu where you pick from A to D everyday. It wasn’t quite good. The breakfast room was not very appealing. I was there during the virus outbreak where I had to be evacuated to one of their sister hotel since this hotel was very close to the train station. The sister hotel was way better although I only spent 1 night. I would recommend staying near the city center.

Stayed for a single night. Good comfortable warm hotel very close to Harbin train station. Possible to store lugage during the day after checkout while going to the ice festival

我是泰国人 不会说中文 工作人员不会说英语。 我休息5天，每天都有保洁员。但这不干净 有时候热水器不能工作。 早上有几天，电源关闭。 早餐室没有饮用水。 不提供咖啡，如果您需要咖啡，请致电服务人员。 在酒店大堂，没有吸烟标志，但仍有一些人在吸烟，并且不允许员工吸烟。

ハルビン駅が工事中の為、移動が少し不便になっているということと、wifiが時々弱くなることを除けば、フロントは親切で、部屋の質やアメニティ等も値段の割には格段に優れている。

Great value for the price and location. 5 minute walk to the subway station. Friendly service provided by the staff; greetings were always warm, and the staff provided assistance in everything that I asked for. The hotel is a little outdated on the inside, there were a couple cigarette burns on the carpet in my room, the fridge didn't work, no AC in the room, wifi dropped in and out, black/dark brown water gushed out every time the shower faucet was turned on, the inside of the hotel could use a little more lights, and the hotel's surroundings can get a little hectic as it's located next to a train station.

酒店比较旧，房间不算太小，干净，前台有礼貌。哈站旁，走5分钟就有机场大巴站，以酒店的条件而论，价格有点小贵。
