6.0Do your own cleaning. Room cleaning for a fee and none on Sundays. No change of towels. A fee is charged for parking. Accessing check in and parking very inconvenient. No towels or robes for swimming pool. The crime rate must be terrible in Melbourne because this hotel uses every precaution and so make access difficult for clients. I like to feel comfortable and not constantly monitored so I wouldn’t use this hotel again.

6.02nd time staying at this hotel within the week. The water faucets in shower stall, sink in bathroom, and in utility area were all difficult to adjust to the right temperature. Probably need adjustment. This is a different room from the one we stayed earlier the week.

8.0Nice, safe location Shower drain was a bit clogged but they sorted that very quickly, a bit dusty on some surfaces, black out curtains hard to push up against wall so it let some light in
