− Can't tell something was off
Could have been a better!
4.0Had issues when trying to contact the venue by telephone and by message. Wanted to confirm the latest time for check-in, which was advertised as 1500-2000 as I was in London all day. Despite telephoning 6+ times with no response and after sending a message 24 hrs before stay without a response I sent a further 'urgent' message around 1600. As no response was received by 1700, I had to travel from the centre of London to Stevenage to check-in. Once I was on the train from London, I eventually received a reply from the venue which by this time was too late to abort my trip to Stevenage. The response when queried on my arrival was that the phone does not work! No apology was received. Extremely bad service all round.
− Customer service. Better facilities in the room ie sink. Somewhere to fill the kettle with water - or was the bottled water for that! And siting the tea/coffee making facitilies near where a plug would reach the plug socket and not behind a unit.
