2.0호텔방 안에 담배 냄새가 너무 많이 나서 잠을 거의 못 잤습니다. 방 교체 요구 했는데 침대방이 없다고 해서 그냥 버텼는데 너무 불쾌했습니다. 방 안에 재떨이가 있는게 정말 어이가 없었습니다. 침구 등 방에 담배 쪄든 냄새가 심각했고 방키도 카드가 아니라 열쇠라는 것도 별로였어요. TV 상태도 화면이 가끔씩 꺼졌다 켜져서 정말 환불 받고 다른 곳으로 갈 걸 후회했습니다.
