Pésima la gestión para conseguir que me devuelvan mi dinero por un alojamiento que no se pudo dar por causa Hotel
1.0− No pude alojarme debido al incendio que sufrieron. Pero en lugar de devolverme lo que he pagado me siguen ignorando y ya los he contacto por WhatsApp y correo sin tener respuestas. Por lo tanto me siento estafada!!!
