10.0The hotel has a fantastic design and it looks beautiful. The Cassia Lounge is also another lovely area to visit. We had Afternoon Tea there served by Emilio who was absolutely brilliant. Emilio was also able to assist with any queries in the lobby and we also received a lovely welcome from him at The Garden Lounge where we had dinner for the evening. We will be returning to this hotel in the near future.
Superb and surprising experience
10.0A massive thankyou to Emilio from all of us. We saw Emilio to be one of the only members of staff from the hotel that you actually see around the place. He is a Jack of all trades but does a fantastic job at every task that he is given. He took our bags and did a room tour for us. We then saw him at the Cassia Lounge serving us there and then he recognized us when we popped down to Murray Lane for a drink and greeted us with a warm hello. A super cool and very helpful guy. He gave us a fantastic service over the whole weekend. He should be managing!

10.0Our weekend staycation was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed at check-in by Emilio in the lobby, who immediately made us feel at home. Later, we enjoyed a couple of coffees at Cassia Lounge, where he once again provided friendly and attentive service. In the evening, we saw him at The Tai Pan welcoming arriving guests with the same professionalism and positive attitude. His dedication and exceptional customer service truly made our stay even more enjoyable.
Trying experience
10.0He offered us drink we had never tried and made us enjoy of our drinking experience wayyy more than we would otherwise have. He is very knowledgeable regarding drinks and would 100% recommend people to ask him for recommendations.
Amazing hotel with nice service
10.0The moment I stepped into the hotel, the staffs greeted me with warm welcomes and Dawn gave me a cup of welcome tea. Later on, when I was having breakfast in Tai Pan she then again greeted me with a wonderful smile and recommended a lot of amazing tourist attractions for me to explore. She even wrote it down on a piece of paper for me to remember, so lovely. The overall experience was a 10/10!
