10.0The house is fantastic and has all the amenities. It features a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi. The weather was colder than usual for the season, but the house has central heating. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent. In the yard, there is parking space for several cars, a swing, and a barbecue area. There is even a separate office space where you can work if needed. On the roof, there is a terrace with a table and chairs. Special thanks to the host, Deniz, who was always smiling and available to help us with everything. Thank you!
Beautifully restored historic home
9.0Beautiful and spacious; friendly, accommodating host. The villa is very stylish and thoughtfully restored. It's is laid out on two levels. On the upper level, there is one bedroom, the kitchen, and a separate seating area. On the lower level, which was formerly a cave home, there is one ensuite bedroom, a separate seating area/family room with two sofabeds, and a large bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi tub. There is a lovely patio outside, as well as an upper terrace surrounded by grape vines
− There is no air conditioning in the villa. The evenings (in August) were cool, but the daytime was quite hot. We opened the windows in the early evening to let in the cooler air, and slept comfortably.
Fabulous place, excellent host, great location.
10.0The host was very responsive. Met us there even though we had to change the time of arrival, answered questions promptly, worked with us on everything. We loved the table outdoors and the rooftop balcony. The external office was nice and used by my daughter and her partner. Great location. The kitchen was great, we made dinner and breakfast there every day.
− The water heater wasn't very efficient. The shower would be hot for less than a minute, then cold, then tepid. The host helped us troubleshoot and reset the heater, but we never truly had hot water.

10.0Perfect location, away from the tourist crowds but beautifully quiet and central. The villa is spacious, clean, comfortable, and tidy. Host Deniz and his father are willing to help with anything, from local recommendations to questions about other places in Turkey. Going to Cappadocia? Stay here.
