10.0Absolutely outstanding guest house - I was really impressed from the moment I arrived. The room was enormous and very comfortable, with everything I needed. It was the perfect temperature and almost unnervingly quiet and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable and everything was spotless. Breakfast was great, and the owners were very accommodating.

8.0Nice property. Clean and very close to all things in central Durham. Plenty of good places to eat nearby. Breakfast was good, but fairly basic.

10.0Loved the hotel decor. Lovely clean room. Great staff. Great location for event at the Cathedral. Lovely cooked breakfast to order, red hot. Definitely would stay here again, we loved it.

Brilliant location
10.0The best location to visit the city - 5 minutes walk. The room was very good and the breakfast excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We travelled by train. We went by bus to Beamish using the local bus app. Crook Hall gardens, the Cathedral and the castle all worth visiting and in easg walking distance. We plan to visit again.
