4.0프런트에 있는 직원의 대응이 너무 비전문적이었습니다. 그리고 밤에 샤워를 하려 했는데 온수가 나오지 않아 고생하였습니다. 풍광이 좋은 곳에 있는 호텔인데 손님을 맞을 준비가 제대로 되어 있지 않다고 생각합니다.

10.0방충망이 부서져서 벌레가 들어와서 휴지로 막았어요! 그외에는 청결, 편안하고 뷰도 좋아요. 음식도 시켜먹을 수 있고 다 좋았습니다.
