Great place! Lots of amenities, staff is super nice.

The location was perfect for a quiet, romantic getaway! We were with my daughter and her fiance, and it was great to get to know each other in the atmosphere that the hotel provided - scenic and restful. I specially liked the pools where you could just relax and smell the sea breeze. The servers were great, always had a ready smile, and went out of their way to get our transportation, assist with our board game, and promptly served the food.

− The food choices could have been better, e.g., more healthy dishes and local favorites could have been offered. Also, their mango shake, though the best so far we've tasted, was served in a plastic cup instead of serving it in a shake glass which it deserved. The hotel should have stated in their "facilities" section that Grab wouldn't be easy to access once there, and that any other transportation solicited required an additional charge. Upon checking in, the receptionist could have explained how commuting to another place would have to be arranged.

Overall, I had a comfortable stay, and with some improvements to the food, this hotel would be even better.

The hotel room is comfortable, clean, and located in a quiet area. The bedding is also very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. A special mention to AJ, who was very helpful and provided excellent customer service throughout my stay.

− The only downside was the food. While there was a good selection, the taste could definitely be improved. I would recommend offering more authentic Filipino dishes. For example, the fish sinigang was disappointing—it only had five small pieces of fish and lacked the authentic flavour I was expecting. I would also suggest reviewing and updating the menu. For breakfast, it’s not necessary to have such a wide variety. A smaller selection of well-prepared, high-quality dishes would provide a much better dining experience.

Staff were amazing, especially John, but the facility needs more reinforcements in making sure the entrance of the hotel

The staff were amazing and helpful.

− The hallways, and Lobby’s don’t have any air conditioners. The rooms needs intensive cleaning due to we found a cockroach in our room. In addition, family members that visit the guest should allow to use the pool without charge. Lastly before arriving to the hotel, we saw trash all over the property, and the guard house needs intensive renovation to make more appealing to future guests.
