9.0The location was absolutely amazing. Staff were so lovely and friendly. Will to help wherever they could. There hotel is definitely on the older side however this just added to tge amazing experience we had here.

Friendly family run accommodation. Great room size for Japan.
9.0Great location, spacious room. Microwave downstairs to heat up meals. Walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants. Only a few ks to larger shop and chemist..
− Hot water was not hot after about 5pm. Have an early shower after snowboarding, or use the Onsen onsite. No deal breaker though.
Great value and location.
7.0The location is excellent. It has easy access to Akakura Onsen and Kanko, and is the first stop on the shuttle to the other resorts, so you'll always get a spot. You get pretty good value compared to the other accommodations in the area and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
