10.0C’est la deuxième fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel et nous reviendrons ça c’est sûr. Le personnel est au petits soins, incroyable, on s’attache vraiment à eux. Merna est une perle, elle fait de notre séjour, un moment exceptionnel où on se sent privilégié. Je n’ai pas le nom de tout le personnel, mais tout le monde sans exception est incroyable. Il mérite tout une augmentation ! Merci encore à Merna pour sa gentillesse ! La nourriture est excellente et la propreté également.
− J’aurais peut-être aimé avoir un lit plus confortable, mais c’est vraiment un détail.
Amazing value for money all inclusive resort
10.0Staff were friendly. All inclusive. Several pools. Aqua park. Thai, Italian and Middle East à la carte. Buffet restaurant and good breakfast.
− Only one proper coffee machine (close to reception). And it didn’t open until 08.30 so we could never have a good coffee for at breakfast. They did make an exception twice and we got coffee at 8.00 and event company come 08.15 Our room was close to entertainment area so very noisy until 23.00 Air conditioning was a bit noise and you could not adjust fan speed.

10.0The property so clean the atmosphere is amazing the people are great there is no hotel in all hurghada same as sindbad club aqua park safe for kids beach so clean Reception check in was so smooth guest relation was all time in touch ask about our stay food and service mr.hany from reception choose best rooms and smooth check in and mr.samara from bars was all time follow up with stuff to make great quality of service to all guest , mr . Mohamed sayed from the restaurant was the best amazing welcome and follow up for food quality and services all was great mr.Abdulfatah was also best service and great smile all the time with mr-gerges all teams was amazing

9.0The staff were incredibly helpful and supportive in every situation. All areas of the property were very clean and well-maintained. The food was diverse, delicious, and offered great variety. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the service and attention to detail.
