4.0States at both Socialtel properties ( Atitlán and Antigua) but the property in Antigua was the worst by far. Staff looked so unhappy I was afraid to ask any questions. The room was dirty and the furniture moths. Very noisy at all times; you could hear people’s steps above you. The towels were old and teared. Don’t stay here; they need major renovations and a change in attitude!
