8.0El hotel es muy cómodo y las instalaciones son buenas le falta algo de servicio pero sé puede manejar la situación

6.0Hace falta mejorar las instalaciones en el área de la piscina y del ingreso, de marcar muy bien la entrada tabique no es visible lo que dificulta la localización. Mejorar la recepción porque cuando llega el huésped no hay ninguna orientación.
