The staff were great however the lack of communication to guests needs to be improved.

− The Loud banging from work being done on the 4th floor, which was not informed by staff via checkin. The fact that the water went off mid shower at 10pm on Tuesday February 18, with no formal notice or even posting around the hotel.

− There is no 24 hour hot water, especailly in the evening The room temperature was not comfortable Despite booking for 2, the toileteries and the towels were not there for 2 people However, the staff were courteous and responded immediately to our demands
