I would not book it again.
2.0− The entry and hallway gave a very poor impression. The carpeting needed to be replaced and hallways repainted/finished. Rooms were ok but after the entry/lobby and hallway it was hard to feed comfortable.

Exceptional
10.0Outdated but homey. Clean and kind staff. Best price for the area, much worth it. Whole common kitchen area to use, has a pool table in a lounge area.
