My most disappointing hotel stay in Japan so far
3.0Attractive price. The reception staff were always kind, polite, and welcoming. Good value if you are looking for a budget stay.
− The hotel is in need of renovation. The rooms are small, dark, and clearly showing their age. The biggest issue was the lack of an invoice. As this was a business trip, I requested an invoice both through Booking.com and directly from the hotel, but unfortunately I never received it. This was very disappointing and unprofessional.

10.0I happened to be sick during the time I was there, and the staff were extremely helpful in assisting me (due to language barriers) to identify medical care options. It was much appreciated.
