− They use an awful air freshener in the rooms that smells so toxic. Just clean the rooms well and get rid of the mold in the bathroom. There was an electric blanket but no cord to the powerpoint. Surely it would be easy to install more points. To be fair I did rent an A frame and the price was reasonable.
Camp near Rangiora
3.0Close to Rangiora, cheap
− We booked a non powered site. There isn't any designated non powered sites, no grassy area or similar. A lot of permanent campers, we ended up pitching up our tent between 2 permanent set ups. Kitchen facilities were ok but the drainage pipes are leaking. Female bathroom was clean, male bathroom wasn't. Altogether it felt a bit unwelcoming, maybe it would have been better staying in a cabin. Definitely wouldn't recommend tenting here.
