9.0This was our second stay at a Mimaru hotel and we love it because of the size of the room. The kids having their own bunk beds made sleeping much easier. Also we liked that there was the small table and chairs we could sit and eat at as well as the kitchenette. Especially having a microwave and decent size fridge with freezer.
− Unfortunately the first room that we had smelt really bad and i had to request that our room was changed. Initially i thought it had been an animal smell in the room but i think it might have just been the airconditioning. The team at the property though were very helpful and moved us to a less smelly room without any hassle. I was really impressed with how they handled the situation.
