10.0The booking from expedia is excellent, And palmera resort is very beautiful and great and the food in palmera is very delicious , staff are respected

2.0Rooms are very dirty and old, there is a bad smell in the room and everything needs a restoration, Broken tiles and lots of things missing no soap and towels were given. Only given on request. The Ac is very noisy No wifi and is not worth the money at all. the only thing that is ok is the beach there is a fee for kids 6 years old even though it is not clearly mentioned although I was ok to pay it the service does not show that it is worth the money I don,t recommend it at all.
