8.0Great hotel with great location for public transportation, 3 minutes of walking from subway station which leads to both West Lake or Airport. Only minor complaint is the cigarette smell in the non smoking room. This is the same experience like many other hotel in China. There are just too many smokers in China and they don’t always follow the hotel rules.

8.0I didn't expect to have such a comfortable room/stay. However, I was very surprised to be waken up at 6 am by honking cars after spending a few days in Shanghai where this practice has apparently been outlawed. A better noise-proofing would be nice.
