Horrible front desk representation

− The staff was rude especially Breia. She behaved unprofessionally and when I questioned a payment charge at the desk because I already paid online she kept threatening to call state police on me. That was the second incident. The first occurrence was when I parked my car and started to take my items out she came out into the parking lot watching me unload my belongings and made inappropriate remarks when entered the building in front of other guests. $200.00 knightly fee needs more professional staff representing the establishment.
