8.0以虹夕諾雅的品質來說，輕井澤的虹夕諾雅有很大的進步空間。 優點： 環境清幽，在園區裡散步很舒服；晚上也很美；下午茶跟清酒之夜很棒；咖啡，茶，飲料隨時提供 缺點：大部分服務人員的英文都不太行，連櫃檯的英文都不太能溝通，這以國際性的五星級酒店來說是非常少見的，如果你是能日文溝通的住客，你可能會感受到更多的照顧以及服務；接駁車不是在輕井澤站，而是在中輕井澤站，非常的不方便；酒店內的溫泉在室內，很悶，不是這麼舒服，外面的星野溫泉好很多；房間內沒提供瓶裝水也不是這麼符合五星級酒店的標準；洗手台ㄧ直有小小隻的蟲跑出來；晚餐好吃，早餐還好； 下次來輕井澤，付一樣的錢我們可能會選擇其他的酒店

10.0The hotel itself is excellent! We loved our stay. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing stay surrounded by natural beauty. Only downside is there aren’t many amenities within walking distance besides a little tourist area. There is easy access to the local bus if you don’t mind spending 30 minutes going into town.

10.0The service during my stay in Hoshinoya was the best. It was good time to fully enjoy nature during my stay. Thank you very much to all member of Hoshinoya.

Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the lodge prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
Children 3 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
