10.0建物が多少古い感じがしましたが、綺麗にされていました。到着時間が、早かったが、従業員さんが外まで迎えに来てもらいました。又客室の準備が終わっていたため、時間よりも早くチェックインしていただきました。
家族の記念になりました。

10.0スタッフの皆さんがとても親切で、サービス教育が行き届いている感じ。体調の良くない家族の朝食部屋まで、届けていただき、感謝しています。
憧れの星野リゾートだったのに
2.0星野リゾート磐梯に2泊しました。夕食、朝食ともバイキング形式でしたが、郷土料理が2,3品変わるだけで、他の7料理は2日間とも同じでした。残念でした。 南の部屋でしたので暑くて空調の調整をお願いしたら部屋ごとにはできない、全館の調整になるといわれました。見てみますといわれましたが、変化なしで、仕方なくドアを開けっ放しにして廊下の涼しい空気を入れてました。 BGMの音が大きくて耳障り。ペットも同伴化のようでしたが、犬が部屋に残されているのかキャンキャン泣いてうるさかった。ペット同伴の部屋は制限されているかどうか、どの部屋でも同伴できるのかわかりませんが、いくら掃除された後でも次に入るお客様がアレルギーのある方なら迷惑と思います。 団体バスが何台も入っているのは驚きでした。 周りの景色、従業員の対応は文句なかったです。
快適に過ごせました。
8.0日本酒の話、会津磐梯山の踊り方教室など従業員のサービス非常に楽しくて良かった。部屋も清潔、夕食、朝食共にビュッフェスタイルだったが、非常に美味しかった。天気が良くなかったのが残念だったが、夕食を含むホテルのサービスが非常に良かったので、快適に過ごせた。また滞在したいと思った。
