10.0This place is absolutely stunning! We felt in complete bliss from the moment we arrived snd sad to have left. It was a great relaxing break after Tokyo. The service was incredible, all staff was lovely. The views from the cabins were absolutely STUNNING! We were blessed enough to have clear views of mount Fuji! The attention to detail from the backpacks to the small feeebies were lovely. The food delicious!! The WAGU STEAK was cooked to perfection and we also did the pizza makonv experience and it was probably the best pizza we have ever had! We will definately be back

8.0Staffs are friendly. One comment is that when we came back to hotel after 7pm on one occasion the reception was closed and we were given a telephone number to call for transport to fetch us to our room. However, after many calls there were no response. Similar experience when we went out of hotel early at 7am, but when we came back to hotel at 9am and pressed the door phone for transport to our room. Again there was no response from the hotel and we ended up walking our way back to our room. It was tiring as we walked up steep slopes.
