服務很差，本來寄信說會幫忙載行李，假日汽車勿停旅館前下行李，但真的車停在停車場了，也依電話所說打電話請他們來幫忙載大行李，卻說下雨不幫忙載，下雨旅客不是更需要幫忙嗎？那要
4.0− 離停車場很遠，下雨還要自己拉行李撐傘走一段路，很狼狽。 早餐時間說只剩17:30-8:30，但我已說明早上要去玩立槳，最快只能9:00去用餐，櫃台一直說8:30- 9:30已經被預約滿了，我強調3遍我們9:00才有空，而且不會在8:30去擠，最後才說好：「我讓你們」8:30 - 9:30用餐，好像賜與我們多大的恩惠一樣，我放假出門玩，還要被限制吃早餐時間？？？ 重點是，我們9:00去吃早餐時，餐廳一半的桌子「是空的」，根不像他們說的沒位置，我再次？？？ 早上9:30樓下就有阿伯在唱很難聽的卡拉OK，強迫房客聽他的噪音演唱會。
