10.0large size . full size kitchen, good size lounge, separate bedroom with super comfortable bed. very quiet, easy to find and parking at the door. not modern bur with a comfortable old style " batch" feel. very warm and welcoming.

Perfect spot at great value. Would visit again.
9.0Warm and cosy, good amount of space. Modern TV was valued by the kids. Well stocked tea & coffee - plunger was valued.
− Shower was low pressure. Bedroom & bathroom were a little cold, compared to the warmth of the main area!
