− Restaurangen. Beställde pizza och fick upptinade pizzor. Betalde 300 euro i deposition för att det inte skulle rökas på rummen. Checkade ut i söndags och idag är det torsdag och jag har fortfarande inte fått tillbaka pengarna till mitt konto.
