− We are regular customers of this resort but we had a horrible experience this time & previous year. There is no value for that much money they gave a tiny room & even that was in front of the kitchen exhausting fan & there will be sound & bad smell 24x7 & room tiles are a very irritating feel of every step inside the room this was a very very big mistake that we went & wasted our precious time & their staffs are very rude if we asked anything then they will tell the rules of the resort even they have strictly told that not possible for we have asked 1 bucket water to wash the car front glass its really one type of insult feeling & we wasted our money (Rs.22000/- for 2 nights ) & precious time & we had a more bad experience but this platform is not enough to write all never come back again

− I didn’t like anything about this Property. very very bad services. Had to book in urgency due to non availability. I went with my Family (parents) senior citizens. and after reaching Staff forced me to pay for 2 days. I didn’t want to extend my stay. Manager is not at all helping in anyway. we waited for 1.5ths to checkin. my parents were really tired. booked for 3 adults. Rooms are very small. No bedding was provided for 3rd person as promised at the time of booking. Had to fight for everything. Even a Tea order took 2 hrs to be served that too after a fight. For Extra bedding we called 7pm and we got it done at 1 am. ended up paying high price. I payed Rs 18,300 whereas it didn’t even work Rs 5000. Worst experience. Hated Paying this amount. would have got a much much better property in same price.

6.0Found blood on the sheets and shower didn’t drain well and would flood the bathroom. Loud music from bar all night. On the beach though!
