The villa is ideally situated and the views were amazing. The villa was very clean and hosts were very responsive.

− The bed downstairs was very uncomfortable and noisy. Every time you moved it would wake us up. It was a very disturbed night sleep.

Lovely Villa - but the island was closed

The villa is nice overall. The little play park was great for the toddler that was with us (the older kids enjoyed the swings as well). Everything was clean, and the owners were lovely. While we were there, Rhodes had the biggest storm that most of the locals can remember. The owners popped in to clear it all away in short order, and even came over in the middle of the storm with candles when the whole area had a power outage. I cannot fault the hosts or the villa.

− We booked it for an Easter break (first week), but nothing was open anywhere. Kolimbia was a ghost town for most of the week, with the beach out of action. Drove to Lindos and found that it was also deserted, but still very pretty. Faliraki was likewise completely closed. We eventually drove the length of the island to Rhodes old town. That was all open as there were cruise ships docked. The point I'd make here is that if nothing was going to be open anywhere until the following week, why hire out a holiday villa at all? Or at least inform us first so we can make an informed choice. If we had not hired a car, this would have been a complete (instead of a partial) write off.

− Sammelsurium an Geschirr und viel aus Plastik, lieber Toaster, statt Eiswürfelmaschine oder Sandwichmaker

Then outside was the best part of this 'villa' Although the pictures of kids toys aren't true..there is only a slide a swings Which was disappointing as that's one of the reasons I.booked

− The 'villa ' needs a.revamp., the sofa/sofa bed is.stained and.looks.so.dirty The 'kitchen ' is a token.jesture , 2 ring hob which takes ages to heat.up, and an oven Kettle, a pod.coffe machine with.3.pods .a small.ice.machine A small fridge And.some.utensils and.plates Not great for villa that sleeps 8!! Thw.bedrooms.are ok. Not.much storage!.. basic nothing special Bathrooms ok again basic It's not.kids friendly in my.opinion .. there tv in the lounge has.4 plug sockets and wires underneath it within. A small child's reach !! There is also a.problem.with ants ... everyday.i.was having to.sweep the.floor.of ants and.clean.the.sinks.and.sides...even.though.i.kept.it.clean, laying.on.the sofa ants crawling.on.me. . I.kmow.this happens.in hot coun tries . But I have.been.coming.to Rhodes since 2011 and.never had this issue! The one other issue were people coming into the grounds to go into a olive Grove at the back of the villa...without. notice, when you have small.children this is a.problem for me . Also there is no gate on the front of the villa . So constantly worrying about the security of our kids . This villa has great potential . But we will not be booking again The hosts of this.villa were lovely but they seriously.do need some upgrades to this property It's not cheap considering what it is This my honest opinion
