ZERO maintenance in Martin's Manoir!
1.0I like the location and the surroundings outside the manoir.
− IT was a ghost hotel, nobody in, everything is closed on the ground floor. You need to check in at the Genval de Lac to collect the entrance and room card, which was not mentioned anywhere. Once you enter the Manoir, you need to walk up the narrow staircases, which were not child-friendly. The room was super hot, despite it being mentioned that there was an air-conditioner in the room; it did not work. We called, and there were no technicians available to fix it; it was not possible to switch to other rooms and in the end we had to leave the hotel and look for other options elsewhere. We were promised a full refund through booking.com, but this did not happen until I had to write to customer service to officially claim my money back.

9.0Onze bevindingen zijn “ gekleurd “. Door een mankement met de airconditioning kregen we een kamer in het Chateau du Lac. Dit voor de zelfde prijs. Dit vonden we een ontzettend mooie geste!!!

Please note that check-in takes place and breakfast is served at the hotel Château du Lac next to Martin's Manoir at the following address: 87 Avenue du Lac, 1332 Genval (Brussels).
At this hotel, it is also possible to pay with Edenred Eco-Checks, for the accommodations only (excluding breakfast, City Tax and other fees).
Please note that there is no elevator at the property. We can help you with your luggage at Château du Lac front desk.
