10.0− lo único es que dice motel en luces neon en la parte de afuera y creo que eso da la idea de que puede estar de peor calidad pero está muy bien, el desayuno sencillo pero muy completo con fruta, chilaquiles y huevo y panes. de buen sabor todo

4.0− Que pedi mi reembolso que pagué en efectivo y solo me están regresando 335 pesos cuando cancele desde la primera noche y todavía dejo que me cobran la primera noche, y hasta la fecha no me han dado nada de mi reembolso,solo dicen que me darán un reembolso de 335 pesos..en verdad no entiendo nada
Best Wéstern Metepec, un fiasco.
1.0Sólo la ubicación
− Todo. Es un hotel muy viejo, ya deteriorado, habitaciones sucias, muy reducidas en espacio, baño sucio, camas vencidas, piso sucio, no lo recomiendo para nada.
Lo único rescatable fue la recepcionista que nos atendió de lujo.
4.0El estacionamiento es techado.
− El cuarto estaba nefasto. Camas con hoyos, enchufes que no funcionan, regadera que tiene el agua caliente al revés, que tarda 3 minutos en salir caliente, sin nada antideslizante por lo que es ULTRA resbalosa, y la coladera le apesta a caño. Además de que el baño no tiene puerta general, por lo que al viajar con un amigo, es encuerarse y vestirse en la regadera, o que te vean desnudo. La cafetera estaba Sucia, pero el vaso que estaba a un lado estaba MARRANO. ni siquiera intentaron limpiarlo. Incluso tomando en cuenta el precio, creo que no lo vale.
