− DISGUSTING, ARROGANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL JOKERS working as staff here especially the night staff black guy. WOMEN BE AWARE. I had bed bugs and was woken up at 5 am struggling with it. Reception black staff/night guy was intimidating and threatening with NO APOLOGIES whatsoever, kicking me out. Asked me to send the pictures/videos I had taken to some random WhatsApp number which he never got. Was offering me a place to lie down in the reception, instead of offering another bed and offered a warm disgusting beer instead as if he's doing me a big favor. SHAMELESS. Even that offer was rejected eventually by him cause his ego is bigger than his height. Had to struggle to get a refund and eventually had to get a refund from booking.com. The refund he issued was to a RANDOM CREDIT CARD, could be his own, who knows, definitely not mine and I have the receipt to prove it. Owners/authorities should INVESTIGATE this. He denied to identify himself acting like he owns this place, I bet he can't even own a frickin 2nd hand car. The lady inside also refused to identify herself and said "come back at a better time", what's a better time? when nincompoops like you are not working there? No wonder African countries are such a mess and Greeks are bringing this filth in to this beautiful continent to make Europe 3rd world. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. I have reported them to the healthy and safety inspectors and shall be following up with them to see what actions they've taken against this MESS of a place. TOILETS are a mess and smell like piss, no towels and common areas are pure garbage. Trust me, it's coming from someone who's travelled to 112 nations and a solid, informed, travel vlogger too.

To say the staff was amazing would be an understatement. I enjoyed my time there and it was made better by how friendly and helpful the staff were. Location is great and is situated within walking distance of amazing restaurants and the Acropolis! Will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Athens.

Nice clean room with comfortable bed. Convenient location near city center. Highly recommend and would like to stay there again.

Great spot in the city, but facilities need attention

The location was the best one could wish for, close to the city centre in a lively area that felt very safe, even early in the morning. There was also a free space to securely lock up luggage, which was very convenient.

− The Wi-Fi connection in the bedroom was very poor, with barely any signal. The drains in the women’s bathroom, both in the sink and the shower, were clogged, making the facilities very unpleasant and unsanitary to use.
