5.0The apartment was a 5 minute walk from Bala Lake and the railway was 10 minutes away
− Tap water was dangerously scalding hot with no sign in view Freezer was unusable until I personally defrosted it. Pans were unusable as they were filthy. Bin was already half full on arrival, no spare bin bag. Radiator in bathroom was permanently on despite weather being 33 degrees. Leak above shower where ceiling had split from upstairs apartment.

9.0Cozy, well equipped and stylish apartment. Comfortable beds and good quality bedding and furnishings. Ideal for parking and close to town centre.
− The noise from the apartment above at ridiculous times late at night and 6am in the morning!!
