Does the job for a very quick stay

− Almost all cutlery and plates were dirty. Stove top thermostat was broken so the hot plates were on full even though low was selected. Only about 5-7mins worth of hot water for the shower.

− There was no soap and shampoo in my room. I think the soap dispenser was broken. Please check.

− The shower head was spilt I sent a email and no reply also the washing machine was out of Acton no not nothing had to ask what was the go no explanation just got money back
