Todella kiva konsepti. Henkilökunta/ opiskelijat todella mukavia ja avuliaita. Hyvä aamupala. Tilava huone sekä kylpyhuone, paljon kaappitilaa. Raitiovaunupysäkki oven edessä, kätevä yhteys lentokentälle sekä keskustaan. Kävellen keskustaan n. 4km. Rauhallinen alue. Vieressä ihastuttava Rembrantin puisto. Kävelyetäisyydellä ravintoloita ja kauppoja.
