− Primeiro do recepcionista um Homem Loiro, super arrogante , fui questionar sobre a demora super calma pois ele deixou de terminar nosso atendimento para atender um grupo que chegou que a amiga de travalho começou q atender e ele foi lá “alegando ajudar”, demorou 25 minutos para conseguirmos entrar para o quarto , só na recepção . Ele começou a alterar a voz que até as pessoas começou a olhar , sem contar que ele me disse que se ele não quiser ele não liberava o quarto, detalhe eu estava pagando a diferença para entrar antes e já tinha ligado se informando se podia antes de fechar nesse lugar . Não apareceu nenhum gerente no local, achei muito feio por ser um hotel ter um funcionário de BAIXO NÍVEL, atendendo e tratando uma mulher grávida daquele jeito que me tratou , eu só questionou pq fazia 25 minutos que estávamos sendo atendido por ele , e ele parou alegando ir ajudar a amiga de trabalho que detalhe o grupo chegou uns 10 minutos após eu já estar sendo atendida. Hotel super simples , camas simples , tudo simples portem a localização e boa , mais só o constrangimento que ele me fez passar alterando a voz alta e todo mundo olhando e segurança vindo , perdeu totalmente a razão o hotel. Até o segurança ficou sem graça . Precisa ser passado para um Psicólogo para tratar a saúde mental, não é digno de trabalhar em um hotel e atender pessoas .
