Nice hotel with great breakfast but poor staff.

Great breakfast, spacious rooms

− The staff were unprofessional. I understand English is difficult but very little effort was made to help communicate - this is the only time I have ever felt like this from my multiple trips and hotel stays China. For example; I went to the sauna during its opening hours and it wasn’t on - no problem. When I returned that night, I asked the reception to ensure it was on and they said it was. It wasn’t. This for me is a big no.
