10.0Absolutely fantastic service. The lovely stuff made check in and out so easy and hassle free. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was right for our stay. We were a family of 5 and this has been the best we have stayed in, in Melbourne. Close to the city and tram stop just a 1min walk away. Great value for money. Highly recommend, we can’t wait to go back.
