8.0직원들은 매우 친절했으며, 음식도 매우 만족했다. 시설이 좀 오래 되었고 개인숙소에 있는 료칸은 작았다.

10.0어제 가족여행 다녀왔습니다. 지옥온천순례하고 아주 가까운 곳에 위치해서 구경후에 바로 체크인 가능하도록 스케쥴을 설정했었구요. 작은 규모의 전통방식 료칸이지만 직원들 친절하고 아담하고 고즈넉한 분위기는 조용히 쉬고 싶은 분들 한테 적당합니다. 다만 아침 10시 출발 비행기인데 조식 시간이 8시라서 못먹고 출발해야 될거 같아서 7시에는 안되냐고 물어보니 7시 30분까지는 준비해주겠다고 하셔서 겨우 먹고 출발했습니다.. 일찍 준비해 주시는게 미안해서 밥과 국만 부탁드렸는데 아주 예쁘고 맛있는 정찬을 내어주셨습니다. 너무 감사해서 이런 후기를 올립니다. 직원분들과 조리장님께 이렇게 글로 감사를 전합니다.

10.0From the moment we were greeted until we left, we were treated like royalty. The staff tried very hard to impress, including catering for our children's multiple food allergies. Food was stunning, the best Japanese food we've ever eaten. All things considered it was worth the expense. We would definitely recommend.
