6.0Location was beyond stunning. Facilities and decor were just beautiful. An extremely well designed hotel that gave a relaxed feel which matched the outdoor surroundings.
− The staff were not welcoming, helpful or accommodating. They dd not reply to queries or messages via booking.com and came across as abrupt/rude. Also the futons have mould on them and this could be smelled in the room.

− While it is only ten minutes away from the train station, be sure to take a taxi or a bus, because the road includes a very steep hill
Det var övervakningen, maten, hjälpsamheten som var dålig. Men rummet var jättebra.
4.0Rummet var stort och de bäddade upp fint. Terrassen badrummet också helt okej.
− Man kände sig övervakad, ingen information vid incheckningen. Vi kom dit 13. 00 incheckningar 15. 00 och de satt och spara i soffan med vatten och tvättlapp och sen inget mer. Vid utcheckning så frågade vi om närmaste apotek. Svaret från personalen var jag är ny jag vet ingenting. Och så kan det vara men då kollar man med personalen som är erfaren och det gjorde han inte. Utan det är bara så här vi vet inte. Middagen och maten var inte alls något speciellt bra. Det var torrt ingen smak så vi avbokade middagen andra kvällen och gick ut och åt istället.
